Getting a group to the All Nations Centre
Coach hire and minibus hire for the All Nations Centre works well for groups attending exhibitions, training sessions, meetings or seminars at the venue. Organising shared transport means everyone arrives together, which matters at a site built around accessibility and close parking for cars.
Step free access matters for transport planning
The building is fully accessible with no lips greater than 1cm to get around the whole site, and close parking is available. This is worth factoring into your coach or minibus booking, since operators can plan drop off points close to entrances rather than a distant car park, reducing the distance anyone needs to cover on foot or in a wheelchair.
Catering means you can plan a full day
The in-house kitchen caters for everything from breakfast to a black tie dinner, so a group travelling in by coach or minibus does not need to build separate stops for food into the day. This is useful when coordinating arrival times with an operator, since a group event with catering on site often runs longer than a simple site visit, and knowing meals are covered internally helps when setting pickup and return times.
Booking through a broker
We connect you with licensed operators who know the routes into the venue and can advise on vehicle size for your group, whether that is a large coach for a conference or a minibus for a smaller training session. Operators handle the driving and licensing, so your focus stays on the event itself rather than logistics.
Journey times to the All Nations Centre
Break requirements follow GB drivers hours rules and none of these routes require a scheduled break for a single driver on the outward leg.

What to Know Before You Travel
The practical bits, in plain terms.
Yes, the venue is fully accessible with no lips greater than 1cm anywhere in the building, so wheelchair users can move around without obstruction. Close parking for cars is also available, which helps groups arriving by coach or minibus with mixed mobility needs.
Close parking for cars is available at the site, which operators can use when planning drop off and pickup points. This reduces walking distance for passengers, particularly useful for groups including anyone with reduced mobility.
Yes, the in-house kitchen caters for everything from breakfast to a black tie dinner. This means a group arriving by coach or minibus for a full day event does not need to arrange separate meal stops during the visit.
The journey from Bristol covers 43 miles and takes around 1 hour 5 minutes by coach, with no legally required breaks on that leg. A same day return is lawful within drivers hours rules.

About BusRoute
BusRoute is a UK coach and minibus booking platform. We do not own vehicles. We connect groups with licensed operators who do, which means you are matched to the operator best placed to run your journey rather than to whoever happens to own the nearest coach.
Every operator we work with holds a valid PSV operator licence and full passenger insurance. Drivers on school and youth bookings are DBS checked as standard.

“We booked Bus Route for our group of 35 passengers travelling from London to Ipswich return trio and the experience was excellent from start to finish. On our way to the venue, the road was unexpectedly closed when we were only about 15 minutes away. Our driver remained calm, patient, and professional throughout, finding an alternative route without any stress or delay on our part. We really appreciated how composed and experienced he was in handling the situation. The coach was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference as we were travelling during an extremely hot day. Everyone in our group was able to relax and enjoy the journey.Overall, we had a fantastic experience on both the outbound and return trips. The service was reliable, comfortable, and well-organised. I would highly recommend Bus Route to anyone looking for coach transport for a large group. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!”

“The booking process with Busroute was easy, and follow up communication excellent. Despite a 6a.m. start the bus was there at 5.40, ready to load and ensure a prompt getaway. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and courteous and helped with unloading at the airport. The return to Swansea from the airport was equally easy and comfortable with an ontime pick-up and arrival back in Swansea. I highly recommend BusRoute and0 their partners.”
