Coach hire and minibus hire to Longleat made simple
Longleat runs group visits for parties of 15 people or more, and groups of that size qualify for a 20% discount off standard admission. That makes coach hire or minibus hire to Longleat an efficient way to bring a school, club, or community group to the estate without each visitor paying full price. Bookings for group tickets must be made in advance through the booking office, which takes calls seven days a week between 9am and 5pm.
Parking and access for coaches
Coach parking at Longleat is free and located next to the attractions, so groups arriving by coach or minibus are not left with a long walk from the car park. The driver travels free of charge, which is a straightforward saving on any group booking. Accessible parking is also provided in the Lime Tree and Silver Birch car parks for anyone who needs it.
Planning around opening days
Longleat is open around 300 days a year, giving group organisers a wide window to fit a visit around term dates or club calendars. School groups are specifically catered for, and the estate can arrange catering for groups on the day, which removes the need to plan packed lunches or off site stops for larger parties.
Booking ahead
Because group tickets must be pre-booked, it is worth confirming numbers and a date with the booking office before arranging transport. Once the group size and date are set, coach hire or minibus hire operators can work out pickup points and timings around the visit, whether the group is travelling from nearby in Wiltshire or further afield.
Drive times to Longleat from nearby cities
Break requirements follow GB drivers hours rules, and all six routes allow a lawful same day return.

About BusRoute
BusRoute is a UK coach and minibus booking platform. We do not own vehicles. We connect groups with licensed operators who do, which means you are matched to the operator best placed to run your journey rather than to whoever happens to own the nearest coach.
Every operator we work with holds a valid PSV operator licence and full passenger insurance. Drivers on school and youth bookings are DBS checked as standard.

“We booked Bus Route for our group of 35 passengers travelling from London to Ipswich return trio and the experience was excellent from start to finish. On our way to the venue, the road was unexpectedly closed when we were only about 15 minutes away. Our driver remained calm, patient, and professional throughout, finding an alternative route without any stress or delay on our part. We really appreciated how composed and experienced he was in handling the situation. The coach was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference as we were travelling during an extremely hot day. Everyone in our group was able to relax and enjoy the journey.Overall, we had a fantastic experience on both the outbound and return trips. The service was reliable, comfortable, and well-organised. I would highly recommend Bus Route to anyone looking for coach transport for a large group. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!”

“The booking process with Busroute was easy, and follow up communication excellent. Despite a 6a.m. start the bus was there at 5.40, ready to load and ensure a prompt getaway.
