Coach hire and minibus hire for Memorial Stadium
Memorial Stadium opened in 1921 and holds 12,100 people, making it a mid sized venue that suits organised group travel rather than scattered individual journeys. Coach hire and minibus hire for Memorial Stadium works well for supporters groups, school trips, and corporate parties who want to arrive together and avoid parking hassle around the ground.
Why book as a group
With a capacity of 12,100, Memorial Stadium sees concentrated arrivals before kickoff or start time. Getting a group there in one vehicle cuts down on the queuing and congestion that builds up when everyone drives separately. A minibus suits smaller parties, while a full coach makes sense for larger supporter clubs, sports teams, or society outings heading to the stadium together.
Booking through BusRoute
BusRoute connects customers with licensed operators who know the routes into Memorial Stadium and the surrounding area. Operators handle the practicalities, from picking a suitable pickup point to timing the return leg around the event finishing. Since BusRoute is a broker rather than an owner of vehicles, you get access to a range of operators rather than a single fixed fleet.
Planning your journey
Distances to Memorial Stadium vary a lot depending on where a group starts out, from a short 13 minute hop out of Bristol to journeys of nearly three hours from further afield. All of the routes below allow a lawful same day return with no mandatory breaks required one way, which keeps trip planning straightforward for organisers booking coach hire or minibus hire to Memorial Stadium.
Journey times to Memorial Stadium
Break requirements follow GB drivers hours rules, and all six routes above allow a same day return.

“We booked Bus Route for our group of 35 passengers travelling from London to Ipswich return trio and the experience was excellent from start to finish. On our way to the venue, the road was unexpectedly closed when we were only about 15 minutes away. Our driver remained calm, patient, and professional throughout, finding an alternative route without any stress or delay on our part. We really appreciated how composed and experienced he was in handling the situation. The coach was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference as we were travelling during an extremely hot day. Everyone in our group was able to relax and enjoy the journey.Overall, we had a fantastic experience on both the outbound and return trips. The service was reliable, comfortable, and well-organised. I would highly recommend Bus Route to anyone looking for coach transport for a large group. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!”
