RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2027: Tickets, Dates and Group Coach Trips

The world's most famous flower show returns to the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea from Tuesday 18 to Saturday 22 May 2027. With show gardens by leading designers, the Great Pavilion and hundreds of exhibitors, it's a bucket list day out for any gardener. For garden clubs, WI branches and coach tour groups, Chelsea Flower Show coach hire means no London driving, no parking hunt and no lugging plants on the Tube.

How Much are Chelsea Flower Show Tickets?

Chelsea is the RHS's premium show and priced accordingly. 2027 prices are set by the RHS; in 2026, public tickets started at £107 per person. RHS members pay reduced rates and get exclusive access on the two members' days. The Charity Gala Preview on Monday 17 May costs £665 per person, or £945 with Gala Dinner (RHS). Children aged five and over need a full-price ticket and must be with an adult. Dogs are not allowed, except assistance dogs.

How to Book Chelsea Flower Show Tickets

1. Buy through the RHS Chelsea Flower Show page or the official ticketing partner AXS.
2. Tickets went on sale in October 2026 and popular days sell out early; check AXS for returns on sold out days.
3. Tickets are delivered through the AXS Mobile ID app and can be emailed to guests.
4. For an RHS Gift Card purchase, call AXS on 0333 300 3015.
5. Tickets bought from other websites may not be valid; the RHS advises buying only through official channels (RHS ticket FAQs).

Why Coach Travel is Ideal for Chelsea

Parking at Chelsea is very limited and must be booked in advance. Central London also brings the Congestion Charge and ULEZ. The nearest Tube, Sloane Square, gets very crowded at closing time, especially on Saturday when shoppers stream out with sell-off plants. A private coach solves all of it:

• Dropoff close to the show instead of a walk from the Tube.
• ULEZ and LEZ compliant vehicles, so no extra emission charges.
• Space for purchases. Saturday sell-off plants travel home in the luggage hold.
• Comfort for older members. Reclining seats, air conditioning and toilets on larger coaches.
• Combine with London sights. Add a visit to Chelsea in Bloom, Kew or RHS Garden Wisley on the way.

Coach Hire Options for Chelsea Flower Show Groups

• Small garden clubs (8–16): a [busroute.co minibus hire].
• WI and U3A groups (20–33): midi coaches.
• Coach tour operators and large societies (35–57): full-size [busroute.co coach hire], available for single days or multi-day tours.

Chelsea Flower Show Coach Trip Tips

• Book tickets first. Chelsea sells out; secure entry before confirming the coach.
• Pick your day carefully. Thursday and Friday are busy all day; Saturday has the sell off but bigger crowds.
• Accessible early access is offered at 7.30 am on Wednesday and Friday for visitors with additional needs.
• Use the free cloakroom to leave shopping during the day.
• Agree a meeting point and time at the exit before the group splits up.
